  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Only dupatta products purchased directly from our official store or website are eligible for returns.
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order dupattas cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been washed, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
